The staff are some of the nicest staff I’ve ever met! So friend and can’t do enough for you. It’s a lovely location, with loads of shops, restaurants etc near by. Victoria train station is about one kilometre away and you can hop on a tube 10 minutes after stepping out the door of the hotel. Very central, nice area, nice pubs and restaurants. We’ll definitely be back

Arriving late we had one or two problems with the room. These things happen but I rate this place as excellent as the night manager had all problems attended to. In the morning the hotel manager went out of his way to apologise. The question is would I stay again. Breakfast was brilliant Yes

The room was perfectly adequate, the bathroom was clean well stocked, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast exceptional. The staff were extremely helpful, and accommodating. The hotel is very close to Victoria Station, just 5 minutes walk away, so very convenient.

Perfect location, a simple walk to a lot of attractions and train stations. Very friendly reception people, the room was very comfortable and the bedding freshly clean, smelled nice. The breakfast was good, lots of options.

Everything was good. From arrival to departure the staff were efficient and helpful. The room was a great size, clean and very comfortable beds. Good breakfast and very close to Victoria tube station. Perfect location.
